It is nearly impossible to find debt right now. Lenders are wary, rates are high, and investors are scared... is now the perfect opportunity to get into real estate investing?

The past few years we've seen unprecedented variables effecting the market. And while rates aren't at historic highs, we've seen them rise VERY quickly. This has made a lot of banks and lenders wary, and there's been a lot of purse-string tightening going on.

In fact, we're working on closing our first deal of 2023 right now. Operators, ourselves included, have had to sit and wait patiently for the right deal to present themselves because there's certainly not a lot of good deals going around at the moment.
