Is it harder to manage properties or people?

With one, you have to worry about renovations, repairs, and BOUNTY HUNTERS. And the other, you have to make sure everyone is happy all of the time. Both are not easy...

Each of these require a different type of skill. Managing investors, their expectations, and your relationship with them... requires a lot of social skills, patience, and finesse. And managing properties, toilets, termites, and tenants... well that requires even more patience.
