Does age matter in real estate investing? Do you need to be old in order to be wise? Do you need years of experience in order to be successful?
The answer is yes... and no.
The best time to start investing in real estate was yesterday. The earlier you start investing, the better. Heck, Warren Buffett started investing when he only 11 years old!
Now, that doesn't mean that it's ever too late to start investing. One's age, being young or old, does NOT prevent someone from investing. But it does change HOW you should be investing.
If you're younger, you might be able to take on more risk. If you're older, you might be looking for something a bit more stable.
