Rates are FINALLY stabilizing, or at least they appear to be. The Fed seems to have hit their peak, and at the very least, we won't see any more hikes. And best case scenario... we actually see the rates come down over the next two quarters.
But, what does this mean for the market? Is this a good time to try and refinance your property? Or is there an opportunity on the horizon?
