A lot of new investors are looking at crowdfunded real estate investing platfroms, like Fundrise...

But not a lot of those investors know the risks invovled when investing with these platforms.

On the surface, they seem like a good idea. Who wouldn't want 12% returns on their investments?! But that 12% doesn't include the massive amounts of fees included, not to mention the additional tax costs.

So, before you throw any money into a crowdfunded real estate investment, you should know the risks involved.
